Great futon
So far, this futon seems great. We did realize it was missing a leg cap, but they agreed to ship us one right away. It is very large and heavy - be prepared. It barely fit in our mini-van out of the box with all the seats out. It is a real piece of furniture which will hopefully hold up well.

Okay quality for the price
For $249 Faux leather sofa sleeper is not bad, but wish this item was HOME FREE shipping instead of paying extra $50 shipping. Faux leather feel is a bit rough. It came with minor small hole damage on the side, but it will be too much trouble to bring back to the store for return / exchange due to the Weight and Size. The Emily Convertible Futon, Black Colors for $169 with FREE HOME shipping would have been much better deal.

Great Quality for price
We love it. Super easy assembly, just screw the feet on. Take a truck for pick up, the box is large. It looks great. Everything we wanted.

Great Couch for small spaces
I bought this for my son. He lives in a small two bedroom condo with his two kids, a dog, a cat and a bird. Needless to say space is at a premium. This couch serves two purposes. It is small enough to be a nice place for people to sit when they visit and for the kids to watch T.V. If a friend wants to sleep over, now they have an extra bed. It's a win win. It is not quite as soft as a "normal" couch, but you would expect that. Great value for the price. My son said it was a snap to set up as well.

Don't know how good it was. It came heavily damaged...over zealous forklift operator maybe. I would have liked to have ordered again but the two week delivery time frame was not helpful so we went and bought a different futon someplace else.
