Great Couch
The couch is pretty comfortable, 7 out of 10 in comfort. It does unfold to a full size mattress, but it is still on the small side; the length is great, but the width seems kind of short. As a couch three people can sit on it with plenty of room. Super easy to assemble: just screw the legs in. My only disappointment is that what I thought were arm rests, are not actually attached to the couch, they are just matching pillows. If you do site-to-store make sure you have a truck. The package is quite large.

Love the product. Hated the delivery service.
The product itself is excellent and as expected. It looks just as nice and well made in person as it does in online pictures. Storage space included is ample enough for storage bedding, some pillows, and other small items. I'd read previous to purchase that what looks like armrests in the pictures are not armrests but actually pillows and are removable, so no negative comment there. My biggest complaint is that when delivered, only ONE delivery man arrived with the product although the packaging is large and over100 lbs. My husband [with his bad back and knees] helped carry the package from the truck to the room in our home where the product would reside. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never even heard of such a situation and will not be purchasing online products again from Walmart.

Good looking
Bed is pretty comfortable.Sit is little bit hard.The storage is smaller than what I expected.I love the color and the look of this futon !

About what you'd expect
This is, in the end, a $400 sofa. I'm keeping it because I'm too lazy to return it and shop for another one. If I had seen it in a store I wouldn't have purchased it. We bought it because it's actually long enough for an adult to sleep on and we wanted to be able to use it as a guest bed. However, it's very, very firm. If you plan to have guests (ones you like) sleeping on it, you're going to need a mattress topper to make it bearable. That'll make your budget-friendly futon significantly less budget friendly. I tried folding a down comforter in half to add some cushioning and it was still too hard to sleep on.The fabric looks more like a denim. I expected it to be a solid color, but it's very textured. The fact that the leg supports come out of zippered pouches in the back is very nice, because it means that it can sit flat against the wall. The back is upholstered.The best thing going for it is the storage compartment under the seat, which is useful for storing a few blankets and flat pillows. The floating armrest pillows got dented in shipping and are permanently disfigured, so we aren't using those.Other reviewers have noted that the delivery service was bad, and I'd agree there. Our sofa came damaged, with a the bottom of one side of the storage section bashed in. The only assembly required is screwing in the feet, which look like they'd be easy to paint if you wanted to change the look. It comes folded down in the sleeping position in the box, so it's big but flat.

DO NOT BUY!
The actual sofa is much darker than in the pictures and it visibly cheap. There were strings everywhere, and the back has a defect where you can see under seats. Finally,it's EXTREMELY firm. Like, not usable. I sat down on it once and it's comparable to just sitting on the floor.
