Red Convert a Couch Sofa
I did not read the reviews. I saw one after my sofa was delivered. I was surprised to see the sofa in a large box not assembled. I was worried about this. I read the instructions multiple times and watched the video multiple time and asked a friend who built his residence to assist me. The video needs to be updated as it showed steps that it did not need to show. Some of the steps had already been completed and no tools were provided because one would manually twist the screws. I am a by the book person and my friend is a do it yourself, and if you make a mistake read the book person. To wrap this up we finished in about 40 minutes due to stumbling from not following the "proven method" instructions on how to set up the sofa. It was not as difficult as I had perceived it. I don't think I would want to put together my sofa again because many sofas are on sale. Nevertheless the sofa is quite gorgeous and does double duty. The color is more of a deep burgundy and is very pretty. I like it.

Good for short term
Recently moved across the country and simply needed something. A bit tricky to assemble, but not impossible. I did it by myself. It's cool that it converts for guests, but it's 'not built for longevity'. In less than a year it developed a dent in the middle. Now after a yr, I can feel the coils when I sit down. I'm 5'10 195...this shouldn't happen after just ONE YEAR. Like I said, fine for short term, but add $100-$150 more and just buy a leather couch with REAL cushion that will last you for atleast 5 yrs. Now I have to spend an additional $600 to get a better couch.

Good for short term
If you intend to use this item for short term; then go for it.I knew when it will be made bed; it won't be that comfortable, because my friend had similar set and i couldn't sleep whole night when i visited his place.But still I had chosen this because of price and at least will serve a rare need when we want to use it like bed :)The box was heavy, needs 2 persons to get into apartment.The assembly instructions were not just diagrams not the labels or numbers to put together. Assembly took around one hour for me to assemble it alone without any help.But when assembled, it was looking good, going with the wooden floor color.Now sat down and relaxed, the material was soft. but it is dust attracting kind of, need roller to get off the lint.overall so far good, using it from past 2 weeks.go for it for short term usage say for 2-3 yrs

Perfect sleeper sofa
This is a very comfortable sleeper sofa. Very easy to assemble. No tools required! Great value for the price!

VERY POOR QUALITY, pass on it
This is really a poorly made couch, not worth purchasing. Within a few months the cushions were flat, but not covered under warranty, considered "normal wear" too funny. The back cushion hangs down into a clump and the bottom one bunches up, way uncomfortable. I bought it for my daughter in her new house and had to toss it in 6 months. I didn't expect Ashley or Costco quality, but also expected it to last linger than it did. Big waste of money and felt guilty that I bought her such a pile of dung. BTW, Walmart does not stand behind the manufacturers warranty like Amazon does so to return it you have to pay the shipping.Read more
