not what i thought
wow was i fooled. this futon/couch was sure not what i thought i was going to be. not only is it comfortable but you would never know it was a futon. my friends and family agree that it was a great buy and comfortable sleep., easy to put together less than 5 mins. priced just right and looks great in my living room. walmart, thanks for helping me save money and making my new home complete.

Served it's purpose
We wanted to conserve more space in our guest room by exchanging a queen sized bed for this. I believe this is roughly the size of a twin bed. It's a little small so I wouldn't suggest it for someone over six foot, but for my mother it was just fine. It's a difference of opinion on comfort. My mother loves firm so this was a great bed for her, but I on the other hand can't stand firm so if you aren't keen on hard beds you might want to buy a mattress pad as well.Pros:Coloring is decent so it blends in well as a sofaSeems to be a strong/sturdy bedThe storage area is convenient for small items or extra clothesCons:A little bit of a pain to get togetherNo real instructions, their little "picture" page they come with isn't helpful at allEasier to get into the different positions if you have a second person helpingIf you're planning on picking this up I suggest having a big truck. Don't plan on sticking it in the back of a Blazer unless you want major issues because it's not a smart idea, comes in one huge box and is pretty heavy.

Versatile Contemporary Looking sofa
I bought this piece as an economical, first beginnings of a living room to go along with a chair&1/2 sleeper. It sits great as a sofa and is very comfortable and supportive with plenty of room for four average size adults. The assembly is very easy and quick if you have two people and three, it's together in no time and ready for sitting/sleeping. Happy with all the little throw pillows that come with it, that was a nice bonus. The bed part is very firm so, if you like a 'softer' sleep I highly recommend a full size mattress/foam topper then, it's perfect and, everything can be kept within reach in the storage for basic fitting out, ie., sheets on one side and 'slim' pillows (2only) on the other. I'm very pleased so far and, would definitely recommend. Seems sturdy but, have only owned for about a month so, time will tell.

serves the purpose
Very happy with this product, looks nice with colorful accent pillows. Only semi complaint I have is it is on the firm side. I tried it out and slept on it one night. Could be a little softer. Easy to put together, I'm a 69yr old female and I did it myself!

So-So style, very stiff
The photos don't show the back of the couch which is not meant to be seen. It is just like the photo with the storage up, a kind of black mesh. I wish that was mentioned or shown I never would have purchased this couch.Assembly was easy enough, just slide the arms on and you are ready to go. I don't think it is going to hold up well. Every time you sit on a new area it kind of crunches like old foam breaking apart.I really loved the color and lined on the on-line picture. But I am not pleased with the color. I thought it was cream and it looks more like a buttery khaki (I am not a fan of yellow). My niece slept over on it and the next night she slept on our old couch instead. She found it to be very uncomfortable. It is stiff, very stiff. I would say firm but I like a firm mattress this really just doesn't have the right give at all.It isn't a horrible purchase but I do not think it was worth the price. It really didn't meet my expectations for style or comfort. I've seen better elsewhere for comparable price.Read more
