Pleasantly surprised
My daughters always had friends sleep over in the family room and now that they're all getting older, we needed something a bit more comfortable than a couch. We also wanted an alternative to a sofa bed, which takes up too much room when opened up. I did some research online and found this great buy on Walmart's site. I normally would never consider buying furniture online, sight unseen, but the reviews for this were great and i took a chance. Thank goodness I made the choice to have it shipped directly to my home. The box is big and heavy, which would have made it difficult to maneuver in and out of my SUV. Assembly, which consisted of screwing on the legs, took 5 minutes. It is perfect. Someone wrote that it was low to the ground, but we sit evenly with those on the couch. Someone had also written that the bed was firm, so i bought a foam topper (also from Walmart) but it really isn't necessary. When open, it's a little smaller than a full size bed, snuggly comfortable for two. I am very, very happy with this purchase and am considering buying a second piece and getting rid of the couch.

Horrible service, details misisng
I bought this product and paid the $30 for the freight shipping. HOWEVER, the company that Walmart must have a contract with in my location is a JOKE... The freight company's customer service sucks, they are rude and inconvenient. They ONLY deliver Monday through Friday mostly during business hours... No weekend options available. Also, they will only bring this 110 pound box to your doorstep, they don't help you carry into your house. The freight company had my order in their office for a week before they delivered it. I got off work early just to make it home for my delivery window between 3pm and 7pm. Around 2:45pm which was a Friday, the freight company calls me to tell me that the truck that had my futon on it had "mechanical issues" and they wanted to schedule another inconvenient time during working business hours to deliver it. I ended up flipping out on them and demanding they deliver the next day (Saturday) which to my surprise they did. That's when they mentioned to me that Walmart only has basic delivery so they don't carry the product into your house. ON TOP OF ALL THIS NONSENSE AND WAITING A WEEK FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD IT AT THEIR OFFICE... I finally get the box upstairs into my second floor apartment only to find that there was a large gash in the box during delivery and the faux leather had a huge hole in it. Now I have to repackage this whole futon myself and get it back downstairs to the street for someone to pick it back up to be returned... The sad part is, I think they futon lounger looks adorable and I wish I didn't have any of these problems... SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE THINGS:- Pilot Freight is a joke- Pilot Freight customer service reps are rude- Take time out of your working hours to have it delivered when it's convenient for them- You will have to carry this 110 box into your house yourself (basic delivery) so please have one or two people with you- Wait longer than the estimated delivery dateOVERALL I wanted to keep the futon lounger but the whole process was a disaster!

Neat Item!
I found this to be a very comfortable sofa and versatile, I am going to put it in my small travel trailer. The cover on this is tufted so you don't have a lumpy surface to try to sit or sleep on and the ease of care is a big plus. I do wish that the middle support legs were sturdier and hope to find replacements for them because they are to thin. I am very pleased with this purchase and look forward to restful nights of sleep on it when I travel.

Poor construction
Had two people sit on this sofa, the middle legs collapsed and then frame cracked. I don't think this was build to support anyone over 150 lbs. The two individuals sitting on this couch were not extremely large individuals (165 lbs and 185 lbs). Sadly, we had to build a new support system. We had extra plywood laying around so it wasn't a big deal but if we had to go out and buy plywood, I would have returned the broken couch.Once the new support system was in place, the sofa, lounger and bed now work without having to worry about it falling apart or cracking in half!

Nicey seaty
Great futon for an even great prize I got this on sale it serves the purpose just want something to put in an empty room and when I have company I have some place for them to sleep All I had to do was screw on the legs and it was ready to sit or lay on I love it
