Fully Disappointed
Waited 2 weeks to have Futon delivered via UPS to my 3 story townhome. Lug and dragged this 58 pound item up 32 flights of stairs and spent the next 2 hours assembling it. Flipped it over and saw this tear on the seat of the futon. Now, things raced through my mind, should I keep and return it. I could live with a two inch tear, correct? Wrong, this tear will eventually turn into a two foot rip. My wife looked at me with a funny face. Then we found more inferior workmanship with item. 2 more hours later, after disassembling and packaging it nicely and stuff it into my SUV (fortunately it fit), I got my full refund.Walmart,Spend a little more effort in quality control in your mass merchandising process would go a long way in maintaining your customer base. This exercise costs me time and mental anguish. It costs you wages, profit, and a lost loyal customer and household.I bought a futon from IKEA.

Not Bad.
Not bad for the price. Looks pretty good. The mattress could be thicker and more comfortable though.

Not for everyday use
I bought this for a bachelor apartment I was living in to serve as my main couch and bed. Lasted about 3 months before I could feel the bars underneath the cushion. Terribly uncomfortable to sleep on and if you roll over to the other side or sleep with someone bigger than you, the bed will topple backwards. It was great when I first bought, but not for everyday/sleeping use. Occasional use will get much more wear out of it.

Satisfied
I recently purchased 2 of these futons. I found them easy to assemble, lightweight and versatile. The colour isn't black but chocolate brown. Thankfully it blended well with my decor. Suits my present needs and accommodations.

Really like it :)
This is a nice futon. It is a little small when folded out flat, but it is pretty sturdy. I really like the adjustable arm rests.
