Hard To Please Customer Is Very Pleased!
I needed a sleeper couch in a hurry for my new home. I needed something affordable AND that would fit the refined antique furniture and paintings in that room. I chode the burgundy color. I received the sofa on time. There is assembly involved so follow the directions closely. I STRONGLY recommend that you evenly tighten the bolts on each section AFTER they are all in place. DON'T tighten each bolt to it's tightest as you go!This couch is VERY firm and not for the couch potato. But it is 108 pounds and all components are solid and structurally well built. Don't forget to unzip the hidden support legs that drop down when you convert it to a bed. I would recommend keeping a twin pillow topper mattress topper to go over it when you make it out for a bed. It is firm.I am pleased as the color and size and build is exactly as shown. No disappointment here. Looks fantastic!

I got this sofa a few months ago...I will say what a chase! It was so hard for me to get a hold of this couch because it sold out so quick, but finally I made it! Couch looked better than the photo. Super easy to assemble with the help of my wife. I loved how everything came in stored (pockets for the arm rest, etc.). Yes, the seating is a bit firm, but I love it. After a few months of using it, it is not as firm as it was in the beginning. Having 3 cats in our home, to my surprise the couch still looks brand new! Overall, couch is fabulous! Anytime I have guests over they fall in love! One of my friends loved it so much, that she went and bought the green one (also was a chase for her to get since it went out of stock so quickly). Next thing on my list now is to get the matching ottoman, but maybe in a different color =D.Thanks Novogratz!!!

Horrible Experience!
We've ordered this sofa twice in July...Not by choice. The first sofa we received had a gash in the tufted fabric. I should have known since the box was torn in several spots and patched over with packing tape. I would have checked the sofa before the delivery man left but the box was extremely heavy and cumbersome. My husband called Walmart and they arranged a pickup of the damaged sofa and set up a second delivery for us. Today we received the second sofa. The box was damaged along the bottom from what seemed to be forklift blades. However, it didnt seem like they punctured through. I was hopeful everything would be okay. I was wrong. This sofa was damaged exactly where the forklift blades had poked into the box. The velour(which is not very thick) had been completely scraped off and there was a tiny spot where the white batting peeked through. Do yourself a favor. Find another sofa. But if you like being disappointed go ahead and order it. This is the sofa for you! The material is not quality. It looks old, worn and is very thin.

Budget Friendly Well Designed Sofa
I love this sofa. It is absolutely beautiful. The fabric is wonderfully soft and cozy. It is very firm as has been stated, but every sofa I have bought was that way upon purchase. It is absolutely impressive how the sofa is packaged with all of its' contents compartmentalized underneath. It was super easy to assemble. It does require a little help to heft into place when it is boxed, as the dimensions make it awkward to carry. My delivery was good. I did notice some box damage, and those things DO happen in shipping. The sofa is packaged well, it is wrapped to protect from stains and excessive rubbing in transit. There is cushioning on the top in the form of inner boxing. My headrest had sustained a minor wear spot in transit. Wal-Mart handled the issue well and I am happy with the outcome.

Received in horrible condition
I wa so excited to get this sleeper sofa. When it arrived today i was so disappointed. First of all, it took longer for delivery than we were originally told. The delivery company was not very professional. Once we finally got it and opened the box we found that the velour all over was VERY worn. It almost looked like someone had spilled bleach on it. I can't believe it was allowed to leave the warehouse in that condition. Needless to say, we are sending it back and getting a refund.
