Poor quality sofa
Do not buy this futon sofa! It is the WORST! Bought this last year and it is already falling apart. The seams/stitching are a JOKE! Save your money for something of better quality!It is wobbly and uncomfortable and the seams ripped open after about 3 months. The springs are covered with a thin layer of foam, which rips off/falls apart once the seams start to go.The futon sleeper isn't sturdy enough to sleep more than one person, so as a bed it is pretty useless.Wish someone had posted what I am posting right now, a year ago.Better off buying from a brick and mortar store to try out the product first.Amazing what poor quality this is for the price (not super cheap!)The only redeeming thing about it is the appearance.Save your money!!

Pretty face, terrible demeanor
The sofa looks nice. But it is sooooo uncomfortable! It's too low to the ground, so you feel like you are being pushed down the slope on to the ground. And it has a hard/lumpy bottom, very hard on the behind. Do not buy without sitting on it first (and seeing what I mean). For sleeping, it does not look any better.

Couch is perfect.Looks exactly like it's beautiful advertisement photo.I am a single mom, and with much patience, and carefullness, I unpacked it and assembled it myself. (I would reccommend asking someone for a little help though. I am still amazed I did it alone.)Couch is beautiful, firm, sturdy, comfortable, and assembles exactly as directed here at the website.The back is easy to adjust into many different angles for your sitting or laying down comfort!Amazing!You unzip the underside to remove the side pieces, which already have the legs attached to them.I am going to order a second one for the other wall in the living room asap.Thank you for making and selling this wonderful product.Also, the shipping people were wonderful, easy to contact, polite, helpful, and the delivery man called me on his way here, and slid the box inside into the living room.Perfect experience!Thank you so very much for this wonderful product!

Looks and feels great, but...
This futon is solid and looks really nice, but mine came with a few defects that make it a bit uncomfortable. One of the side arms is not properly aligned with the main frame. The difference is very small, but prevents the arm from locking in the middle; still secure though through the 2 other side locks. My biggest problem is with the main frame. The two reclining sections are again not properly aligned and the left side rests back slightly more compared to the right side.I thought about returning it, but figured the hassle to get this futon back to the store is not worth it. I would still recommend this if it came in perfect condition. Will most likely try to fix the alignment issue with a support bracket on the back.The material feels very smooth and overall the futon is comfortable to sit and sleep on.

Just what I wanted!
We needed an attractive sofa in a spare room to accomodate an ocassional sleep over. The fact that this sofa is very attractive is a bonus. FOR THE PRICE, you won't find anything to compare. To say it is extremely comfortable would be a stretch, as it is very firm. However, it definitely fit the bill for our needs. We bought the Chocolate Brown and it is very dark, might even be mistaken for black in dim lighting. We are happy with the entire experience of the on-line buying. The ordering process and pickup was timely and the store associates were very helpful. The sofa was EASY to put together. Great storage hidden underneath, by the way. Just go ahead and order this sofa, you will not be disappointed.Read more
