Perfectly happy!
I'm a walmart employee, but don't owe them a good grade lol. I returned a futon that was hard as a board. Anyway. After having this for 3 days. I am pretty thrilled with it. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because I would like the material to be a bit thicker. When putting it together I ripped a small place on a back seam. Not a problem, but be careful! I think the material in back is a bit thinner then the rest. after putting it together(easy, directions are correct they might have fixed them). I moved it room to room.. very hard, thought for sure I would ruin it. No problems at all, no rips, marks etc.(slidding it on the floor..) through tight doorways. Wanted it in a bigger room.I don't measure, bigger then I thought!! Just to try it, slept on it the 1st night. I was asleep in 10 minutes, comfortably slept through all night. I like a soft mattress. Firmer then I would have my bed, but great even for me! So worth the price. For those who gave bad reviews. It is not a $700 couch...(Exp. recliner that cost me 600 lasted for 12 years..)

Overall Decent
I was disappointed that the futon I received was apparently used/defected, but packaged as a brand new item. The mattress had stains on it and areas of the metal framing were rusty. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to have it sent back and wait for another so I just have to deal with it and hope the rust won't affect the durability too much. I suggest getting a mattress pad as after a night or two of sleeping on it, the mattress duos shift and you find yourself sleeping on the crack right down the middle. I don't like that when it's in a couch position the back cushion doesn't lay flat against the frame, but bulges forward. Anyway, for the price, it's a decent futon. I've been sleeping on it as a bed for almost two months now and it's definitely a step-up from our old couch.

THIS WAS INDEED A GOOD PURCHASE
I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about this couch and of buying it..I did read some of the reviews and decided to just do it,"BUY" and I'm very glad I did fore I'm very satisfied with this convertible sofa bed..I had may tools all ready for when it arrived and to my surprise I didn't need them..This unit was uniquely made and was very easy to assemble, in fact i may have beat out the others by minutes if I had been keeping assembly time,lol. However i do have one con,,just my opinion,but this couch seems a bit low to me and I've decided to add a extra pine wood height frame around it to raise it a few inches,,Just a border,,should also add to the already attractive double purpose, elegant piece of living room furniture. Bless

Nice quality Futon
We decided to purchase this futon (which is really what it says it is: a convert-a-couch) in order to save space in our tiny bedroom. We had a really large bed, and wanted something to replace it for awhile until we could find a bigger place.We used the site to store option, and it wasn't a big hassle, other than the fact that the box was large, and required two stock boys to load it onto a dolly and then to our car. We used a blazer and had no problems fitting. We put the back seats down, pushed the passenger seat up as far as it would go, and leaned it down. I had to sit in the back seat behind the driver's side, and we left the back open.Setting it up wasn't a problem, as we were aware of the "confusing" brackets. Once we figured out the brackets, and got them both put on, we had no other problems getting it put together. It only took us about an hour and a half.It is a very nice looking couch, which is why we chose this one over other other futons. We wanted it to be able to accompany us when we move and have it be our couch. It's beautiful. We use it as a couch during the daytime, and convert it to a bed at night, so we leave our bedding on it all day (which also helps protect it, as we have a dog and a kitten). It is slightly heavy, but I'm about 5'4'', and have no problems converting this by myself.As a bed it is pretty comfortable, but for the first few nights, in the morning I had some back pain. We went out and bought an inexpensive topper and it's like sleeping on pillows. The bed itself is slightly firm. We have not had any problems with our ability to convert this from bed to couch with the topper on it. We find it roomy and it fits full sized sheets perfectly. In fact, we've been converting it with the sheets on daily and have not had any slippage issues. This may not be perfect for tall people, as the two arm rests act as a head and foot board, which may make it hard for a tall person to stretch out the whole way. My boyfriend is about 6 foot and he does not have problems, although he thought he might.It does attract fur, which is noticeable if you have a light colored animal, but I have not had any issues vacuuming it.Only complaint is that the pillows that come with the set (that are inserted into the pillow cases and then zipped closed) are slightly cheap looking. One of ours had a slight rip in it, and some of the stuffing was falling out. I have yet to stitch it up, but it will be a very quick fix. The pillow cases themselves are nice, especially because you can purchase a different type of pillow and still use the casing.The only other small complaint, which we knew prior to purchasing, is the "crack" in the middle when it is converted to "bed" position. If you aren't careful, you'll end up in the dip in the mattress where it splits to allow the bed to convert to a couch. It's not much of a problem, though while you're sleeping (on your side), you sometimes feel that you are "falling" into the dip. The topper seems to help this a little bit and makes the bed feel more even.All in all, this was a wonderful purchase that I am so glad we made. It works wonderfully for us and it saves a lot of space.

Just received it & I'm Lovin' It!
Shipping was fast!! Took about 40m to set it up. I highly recommend watching the video for this on how to set it up here on the website! Couch to bed in seconds! About 8 inches of thickness on the cushion. Took a nap on it & I slept like a baby. Very comfortable!! & for the price is perfect! Im gonna spend a lot of time on this couch im a huge gamer & I need a good gaming couch/bed I spent almost a week browsing futons here & I was convinced by the reviews of this product.
