So Far, So Good it only been a few days
I just bought this Futon, so far so good. It's comfortable/soft. The head levels aren't really don't level out, but I love it. You can only tell if you sit on the side of it. Made my living room, look more homely. Its sturdy, so far. I'll do an update in a few months, to let you know if it's still sturdy. I love the fact, that the side are adjustable. LOVE THAT!!! This was exactly what I was looking for. The price was amazing. Can't really tell its a Futon, looks like a love seat. The height of the futon from the floor is the same as shoe size 11. I'm a woman I wear shoe size 11, heel to toe is the height of the futon from my floor. I hope that helps someone.

I LOOOOVE MY NEW FUTON!!
I received my futon in a timely matter and in great shape. It only took me about a 1/2 hour to 45 min to put together. so simple, just had to screw the legs on. Only took time because of having to manually screwing in bolts with an allen wrench all by myself one at a time. It is so comfortable when sat on or lying on it. I tried both right away. Good looking too! I was worried it was gonna look cheap, not at all...lots of compliments! Very Happy!

Perfect for the kids' hangout room!
We bought this for a small den area off of our kitchen and we didn't want to spend a lot. It firs perfectly! I just wipe it with a damp cloth and it's clean again! It was extremely easy to put together.

Broken futon
The back left of the mattress of the futon wasbroke right when we got it. Would appreciate a replacement because it has nothing to do with the screws you manually have to put in.
