Pretty Good Futon
I purchased this item about 2 weeks ago although I haven't slept on it yet my sister has and I haven't heard any complaints. My only issue with this futon was that they didn't send enough screws and bolts to actually put it together. So my dad ended up having to purchase additional ones from Loews. However, I would still recommend this item to a friend I also like that it came with a thick mattress.

Very hard to assemble
It's been a week i got this item. Comfortable. Rating i gave is for assembling. It took me 4 hours to assemble. Instructions are not good and its really tough to assemble nuts and bolts. Not worth. You will find a equal comfort futon which is easy to assemble. you will definitely regret buying it when assembling.
