Excellent Pillow top futon
Just received this item today and am extremely pleased with it. I was undecided between this item and the "Mainstays Contempo Futon Sofa Bed" but am soo glad I chose this one. I am 5ft tall so the length is perfect and I can comfortably fit pillows when I lay down. The legs were hidden in a little compartment on the back and the legs are sturdy when screwed in. It is an easy pull to unclick and lay down flat. Not sure how long the pillow top will hold up but I plan to use this item maybe 3x a week for sleeping.

Your getting what you paid for
Site to store was ok, could have had a little more "muscle" in getting it into my vehicle properly. As for the futon itself, you are getting what you paid for. It is on the cheap side! It was easy set up, just screw the legs in. They are made of plastic, by the way. We'll see how long that will last.The material is a type of material that will grab anything that touches it. I have pets so I put a vinyl table cloth over it to keep the fur (and animals themselves) off of it when we aren't using it. There was a drip of glue on the fabric where you sit but it's not enough to make me return it. It's in the basement for teenage use to watch TV and sleep-overs.It sits 3 "adults" comfortably but I don't know about weight limits. We were a little nervouse with the plastic legs! I would have prefered a higher back. I'm short but the top of it came to just about my shoulder blades. I'm not sure you could sleep two on it unless they were young. No one has slept on it yet, so I'm not sure about sleeping comfort.

Great futon
As we all know, futons are more for convenience versus true comfort like you would expect with a lavish couch but I must say that if you are on a budget and looking for stylish, comfortable seating, this is your futon. Its a bit lengthier than most of the futons I looked at which was great and the width of the seats were a little longer as well. I previously purchased a faux leather futon from Walmart and NEVER again will I do that. The futon was beautiful to look at it but I couldn't sit on it for more than 10 minutes and I'm only in my 30s. I felt like I was sitting on a metal frame. Microfiber is definitely the way to go. What's really great about this futon is that it has the added cushion top. I even slept on it one night as full bed just to test how it would serve as a guest bed and it worked out pretty well.My only critique for this (and the reason I didn't give it 5 stars) is because I was expecting the cushion top to be a little firmer and its more on the "cushy" side. I'm not sure how that will play into the durability but I do really like this futon and think its great for entertaining or relaxing :)

love it
I was very skeptical of buying these futons because of the price, but very happy when I got them. It is worth every penny, very comfortable, durable, and very easy to set up. Love it.

Don't let the negative reviews turn you away!
I bought this futon, and was a little hesitant. My friend told me her in laws had one and it broke right away on them. At the time there was only 1 review, and it had 5 stars, so I was stuck with what she told me and the 5 star review. I went with my gut and ordered them anyways, and I am very pleased!! Extremely easy to set up!! The legs are stored in a velcro sleeve on the bottom of the futon. It is really comfy in the sitting position. I haven't slept on it yet, because I am using these as every day use for sofas. (I bought 2 of these, in black). Over all, I really like what I bought. And people are saying this is small, or tiny, it is not. It can fit 3 adults comfortably.Read more
