Futon Bundle
I bought this in the bundle with the mattress for my guest room. Frame seems a little less sturdy then I was hoping for but seems to be doing its purpose. Frame is low but works well with the 8' mattress. My guest are very happy with it and say it's really comfortable and roomy. Easy to put together. Very impressed with the mattress. It's firm but very comfortable. After my friend saw it he decided to get one. I am very happy I purchased this bundle.

What I expected
I bought this combo with the 8" coil mattress for comfort and because I have a small guestroom.It fits the space perfectly, and the mattress is super comfortable. It was not that easy for me to put the futon together. But once you figure out where certain parts go, it gets easier.It does make a loud clanging sound. It is metal.I find I have to take off the mattress to move it from bed to sofa position. The 8 inch mattress is heavy, and the futon only adjusts easily with almost no weight on it.This is a sturdy piece of furniture, and I expect it to last.

Comfortable for the price.
Heading back to school so needed a cheap way to furnish my college apartment. This futon is currently serving as a couch in my living room and it's fairly comfortable. The recommended spring coil mattress is really plush. And though extremely difficult for me to set up haha. It's a great bargain and totally worth it.

futon frame bundle.
I got this frame with the mattress bundle. Now the mattress is incredible. One of the most comfortable mattresses I've slept on. But the frame is not really something I love. Since the mattress is 8inches thick it's too big to easily move the bed from bed form to couch form. I have to take the mattress off to actually put it into couch form. And today I've noticed that the frame is bending on because it really doesn't support the weight of this mattress when it's in couch form. Very very very disappointed. The directions were kind of hard to understand but that might have been user error. I don't understand why they would bundle an 8 inch mattress with a frame that's not able to handle the bed when it's turned into a couch. I'm still pretty confused about that. Overall it's alright. In the future I might just have to resort back to a box spring. But like I said the mattress is so comfortable. I slept with it just on the floor and it was great. Maybe buy the mattress and spend more money for a sturdier frame.

Squeaky but Efficient
Putting it together was a hopeless case for myself, especially considering I'm lucky to be able to put myself together in jeans every morning. It came with instructions but I called in reinforcement who successfully put it together for me. That being said, I have owned this said frame for a solid 5 months now. The first few nights were a little awkward, switching over from couch to a futon. I can guarantee that my frame squeaks. With a minimal twist or turn in the last night, the bed squeaks. Waking up myself or anyone within a mile radius. This squeak is quite annoying and I find myself often having trouble falling asleep with it. But, my frame has continued to hold me (please don't jinx this) and this futon is rated higher than my sectional sofa I slept on for a year.Read more
