Arrived Damaged

I should have opened the box before I left the store. There were several forms of damage to the box...rips, scrapes, smashed corners. Once I got it home and opened it, I discovered that one of the metal tube legs was bent.Many other reviews said they received their product damaged as well.Thankfully, I contacted Customer Care and they're having it picked up, so I don't have to haul the 100+lb box back to the store.

great bed overall

I bought this bed for my kids who are both teens and I thought the Walmart 8" memory foam mattress for the full and twin sizes..I did good overall.. It did take me 4 days to put this together by myself so not too wake my neighbors because I work late days...If you think about buying this bed it is actually a great deal but buy the Walmart 8" memory foam mattress to go with this to get full comfort and rest for ur kids...

The bed frame arrived bent and rusty

The bed frame arrived in an open box the frame is bent and rusty, like the box had been opened for a while, this bed is unsafe for children to use.

Silver not Gray!!

Talk about deceiving. I picked the silver bunk bed to add a pop of color to my son's room but instead I got a dull gray. Not the shiny silver I was expecting. Never ordering from Walmart again.
