Junk!!!
Purchased may 2015 and now the entire "wood" frame is on the floor. It's falling apart. I'm 5'3" and 150 lbs yet it broke. Don't buy unless you only are looking for something that lasts a year.

If I could give this a negative rating I would...it is impossible to put together. None of the holes match up and when all the screws stripped trying to screw them in. The center support screwed in them pulled out (the threads didn't hold) AND when we tried to glue it in its to long and the front feet wouldn't touch the ground. This has got to be THE most ridiculous thing Ive ever seen and I can't believe I paid $250 for it. I wouldn't have paid $10! Oh and the clicking/licking mechanism (to hold the back in a sitting/couch position) only works sometimes and only in one side (face palm)....I have no idea how I'm going to get it back to the store to return it but I will be calling and letting them know what a piece of garbage they sold me!!!!!

Nice couch, horrible service
My review is mostly towards the customer service.The couch itself is nice. The color is rich, the seat is comfortable, and I would have been happy with it if it didn't come to me completely damaged.First off, I paid an extra $40 to get this shipped to my apartment. It got here a week later than it should have and when the delivery guy gets here, he calls and tells me he's not allowed to bring the couch to my apartment door and he is only allowed to leave it at the front of the building. I paid extra to prevent myself from having to haul this giant 100-pound box to my door because I'm 5'2 and live alone. The box would probably kill me if I tried to do it. So now I threw away $40 bucks to have to haul it myself. Great start.Second, once I managed to get it into my apartment and open the box, the seat was ripped when it arrived and the bar that goes on the bottom of the couch was created incorrectly. I don't know who saw it and thought "Nah, it'll be okay to send" and shipped it out. It really makes no sense.Third, I wanted to order replacement parts. There's a form online that sounds simple, but the seat piece has no product number. So I tried calling dhp about 5 different times. Put on hold each time then told to leave a message. I emailed them instead. Thankfully they answered quickly. They asked for pictures and the info. I sent them everything - simple enough.Last but not least, dhp offered me a full refund. Great! The catch is I have to cut out a 20x20 piece of the couch because god forbid I get to keep an already damaged couch at their expense. That's not happening. My other option? Return it to walmart. Awesome - now I have to somehow get this giant box in my car and haul it to walmart for a return - the thing I was trying to avoid in the first place.This entire process was a nightmare and in the end, I still have no couch.

terrible, came with parts missing, box ripped, flimsy material, does not put together well, would not hold an 80 lb child, will never purchase this again, will have Walmart pick this up and give me credit as I do not drive and am disabled and can not bring it back to the store myself. This should only be sold for children.
